Retour sur l\u2019histoire mouvement\u00e9e de l\u2019entreprise de Monsempron-Libos (Lot-et-Garonne), en pleine renaissance<\/b><\/p>

La liquidation judiciaire, prononc\u00e9e il y a quatre ans n\u2019est plus qu\u2019un lointain souvenir. \u00c0 Monsempron-Libos, la s\u00e9culaire briqueterie conna\u00eet une seconde jeunesse<\/strong>. Sous la houlette de Mesmin B\u00e9ragnes, Tellus Ceram adopte un rythme en deux temps qui fait ses preuves\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Grandir, stabiliser, grandir, stabiliser\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir relanc\u00e9 un second four en d\u00e9cembre dernier, l\u2019usine n\u2019en est qu\u2019\u00e0 50 % de ses capacit\u00e9s de production de briques r\u00e9fractaires pour isoler fours et centrales nucl\u00e9aires.<\/strong> En un an, pourtant, tout a doubl\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0: activit\u00e9, nombre de commandes comme de salari\u00e9s qui seront bient\u00f4t 40<\/strong> \u00e0 s\u2019activer sous les gigantesques hangars. Le chiffre d\u2019affaires pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2017 devrait s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e0 2,4 millions, dop\u00e9 par l\u2019export qui repr\u00e9sente plus de 80 % de l\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>

Export \u00e0 travers le monde<\/h3>

\u00c0 ce jeu, aucun continent ne manque \u00e0 l\u2019appel. Les pays du Golfe, l\u2019Asie du sud-est et le Br\u00e9sil sont les derniers march\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019\u00eatre laiss\u00e9s s\u00e9duire par les nouveaux produits destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019industrie du verre et surtout de l\u2019alumine. La Chine et la Pologne, toutefois, repr\u00e9sentent de s\u00e9rieux concurrents.<\/p>

\u00ab\u00a0Surtout sur les produits de moyenne temp\u00e9rature, relativise le PDG de Tellus Ceram. Pour nous distinguer, nous montons en gamme technique et qualitative. Nous avons abandonn\u00e9 certains march\u00e9s de masse pour des march\u00e9s plus pointus.\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>

Sa nouvelle r\u00e9putation n\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus \u00e0 faire et son savoir-faire reconnu. Saint-Gobain fait appel \u00e0 elle quand un besoin de r\u00e9paration se fait sentir.<\/strong> La briqueterie prend aussi part \u00e0 un grand programme de recherche europ\u00e9en pilot\u00e9 par l\u2019Agence de l\u2019environnement et de la ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (Ademe) sur le stockage de la chaleur \u00e0 partir de d\u00e9chets industriels. Le site de Monsempron-Libos travaille en r\u00e9seau avec des entreprises et universitaires europ\u00e9ens. Dans l\u2019usine, trois fours sont en activit\u00e9.<\/p>

Cette ann\u00e9e, 2 000 tonnes d\u2019argile devraient \u00eatre transform\u00e9es<\/strong> par les salari\u00e9s de Tellus Ceram qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un important programme de formation. \u00ab\u00a0Toujours dans le souci de produire de la qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, insiste Mesmin B\u00e9ragnes qui, depuis le Fum\u00e9lois, d\u00e9fend la r\u00e9putation du made in France.<\/p>

Organis\u00e9 par \u00ab\u00a0Sud Ouest\u00a0\u00bb, la Banque Populaire Occitane et la r\u00e9gion Nouvelle-Aquitaine, en partenariat avec Kedge BS, ce prix distingue des entreprises performantes de la r\u00e9gion.
